Near the former border, unique cultural and natural landscapes have been preserved in the Nature Park Eichsfeld-Hainich-Werratal in the heart of Germany. Shell limestone plateaus with tall beeches and a large number of cliffs offer an impressive landscape in the Eichsfeld. Further to the south, the Werra river is meandering along rugged cliffs. In the southeast, the primeval forest of the Hainich National Park begins. Marvel at and enjoy the variety in the Nature Park.
